The Cambridge Schools are governed by the policies and procedures set down by the Society for the Advancement of Education (SAE). A representative of the SAE is the Manager of every school and provides ideas, support and guidance to the Principal.

The Cambridge Schools are governed by the policies and procedures set down by the Society for the Advancement of Education (SAE). A representative of the SAE is the Manager of every school and provides ideas, support and guidance to the Principal.

Certain key functions of the chain of schools come under a centralised jurisdiction –such as HR, Training, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Infrastructure, Sustainability, etc.

Overall supervision of Cambridge School Srinivaspuri and matters related to strategic initiatives, financial performance and SAE/School communication is the responsibility of the School Manager who provides ideas, support and guidance to the Principal as required.

Administration

Sarbory Dhyani has been in the field of education for more than three decades. She did her graduation in Mathematics (Hons) and M. A. in Mathematics from Indraprastha College of the University of Delhi and also earned her bachelor’s degree in education.

She began her career as a TGT (Mathematics) in Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi in 1989 and then moved to Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi in the year 1990. She joined as PGT (Mathematics) in Cambridge School Srinivaspuri in 1992 and has been the HOD(Mathematics) since 2007. During this period, she has successfully taught a diverse group of students and believes in involving, motivating and leading students to achieve their academic goals. 

She has worked in many capacities such as Class Representative, Student Council In-charge, House Master, Activity In-charge, Mathematics Olympiad In-charge, Coordinator for Science and Mathematics, Head Examiner for Class XII Board Examination etc.

She has participated in several NCERT/ CBSE Teacher Development Programmes and Capacity Building Programmes such as the Development of Enrichment Material in Mathematics at the Secondary Level, Finalization of Prototypes for Mathematics Kit for the Upper Primary Level and Preparation of Manual, Revision of Semester-wise Syllabus in the Mathematics and the Development of Problem Book of Mathematics at Senior Secondary Stage.

She has a holistic approach to education where not only academic ability but creativity, critical thinking and social skills are also cultivated. She believes in open communication with parents, teachers and students and promoting a culture of teamwork. 

Apart from this, she is an avid animal lover and has been involved in neighbourhood charity work.
